Aliens and T-2. Nobody comes close to Cameron when it comes to SF action movies. And I'd put The Abyss in there as well. Great action and great suspense.
Raiders is in a league of its own with me, because I was working in archaeology when it was released and I watched it at a theater in El Centro with other archaeologists I was working with. There were the 6 or so of us and about a dozen other people there. We were laughing at things that the other people didn't find funny, in particular, his fear of snakes, but also the way he trashed sites just to "go for the goodies". That characterized everything that was wrong with archaeology prior to the late '60s.
