I can't get enough of that stuff! Burrito bowls at least twice a week for me...
Man, their food is good!

Chipotle (the restaurant), no. Chipotle, the smoked jalapeno pepper, ABSOLUTELY... Chipotle Salsa, Chipotle Tabasco Sauce, Chiptole in Adobe Sauce, ......... drool... I've only been to the restaurant once, and I thought it pretty good. I just haven't had the urge to go back

Don't much care for chain Mexican restaurants. I like the holes in the wall. My favorite is Villa del Mar on Adams between 35th and Wilson. Only thing I can say about it is if you go there for lunch, you'll see a ton of Mexican workers dining on Menudo there. I don't eat seafood, but I'm told what they offer is great and I can attest to their tamales being the best I've found anywhere in this City.

There's just something about a burrito bowl from Chipotle that I love (a majority of people get burritos, but they also have the bowls and tacos - both crispy and soft) - and their ingredients are really, really tasty. Their meat is seasoned very well. The guy who started the chain is actually quite an accomplished chef who runs the company a little differently than most. I read about the guy some time back. It's not your standard chain.
